Fees are determined by analyzing expenses for the maintenance and operation of amenities and common areas, HOA services, and HOA business within a budget. Each homeowner is sent each year’s budget as outlined in our HOA governing documents to inform them of our state of community.
Fees collected fund the maintenance and operation of amenities and common areas, insurance provisions and legal services, and HOA reserves.
Insurance coverage on all HOA regulated grounds and amenities are required to protect each homeowner and property values within Brawley Farms. The Board is obligated to provide the HOA with the most comprehensive coverage and conscientious claim service possible to ensure limited liability to homeowners in the event of an accident or bodily injury.
Legal services are obtained on behalf of Brawley Farms HOA to ensure legal representation and compliance. Legal services provided include review of contracts, delinquent HOA fee prosecution, and other general advisement regarding the HOA’s and homeowner’s best interests.
Fees collected also fund Brawley Farms HOA reserves. The reserves are money for future repairs and replacements of the common areas, future improvement additions to common areas or amenities, and funds to maintain good financial policy.
